Advanstaff was founded in 1993 by Philip S Richards with a vision that through client cooperation and consolidation in the delivery of payroll, benefits, and human resources, the sum would become greater than the parts. Since that time, through trial, error, blood, sweat, and tears, Advanstaff has begun to achieve that goal co-employing over 8000 employees in 2013.
