Time to Post Your OSHA 300A Summary Again!

It’s that time of the year when employers are required to post their OSHA 300A “Summary of Work Related Injuries and Illnesses.”  This completed summary needs to be posted from February 1, 2011 to April 30, 2011.  The OSHA 300A is a summary of  the previous year’s work related injuries and illnesses  and must be posted in a visible place that your employees can easily view.  The break room or by the time clock are two good places that probably have a lot of employee traffic.   
 
All client companies should have received their completed OSHA 300A  with their payroll invoices during the last month, or with their new federal and state posters.  The summaries were also emailed and faxed to locations.  Each client’s OSHA 300A  Summary is now on the Web  under “Employer Documents”.
