HR Articles

A judge ruled Friday, March 2, 2012,  that the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) was within its legal powers when it issued a rule requiring employers to post notices about union rights.

Early in the year, all employers should have received the FREE NLRB poster which is 11 x 17.  If you haven’t added this “Employee Rights Under the NLRA posting” to other required workplace postings, then please make sure you do no later than April 30, 2012, the deadline for compliance.

Please contact AdvanStaff’s HR Dept. regarding any questions or concerns.
