Unlike the PEO platform, ASO clients do not enter into a co-employment agreement. ASI handles the benefit plan administration, HR consulting services, and offers complete payroll services reported under the company’s FEIN.

An ASO is a great choice if you have benefit plans that are working well for you, but you would still like to have extra human resources, risk management, and payroll processing support. This service is very similiar to our PEO service platform; however it does not involve co-employement of the worksite employee and thus does not in access to many of the PEO employee benefits. The ASO service platform does include full benefit administration as long as Advanstaff HR’s benefit depatment is an acting agent on the plan.
