While core services are included in our standard admin fee, ancillary services usually involve additional costs. These programs are comprehensive, highly competive, tightly integrated with our technology platform, and overseen by AdvanStaff HR staff for administrative assistance. These services are as follows:

Handling the complexities and details of your payroll used to be a time consuming process. With AdvanStaff HR, all you ever need to do is report your employee’s hours or gross wages and you are done!
A co-employment, turn-key solution taking full advantage of the employee leasing platform economies of scale. PEO clients receive access to AdvanStaff’s competitive employee benefit programs and administration services, including but not limited to, full service payroll processing and reporting services, human resources consulting, risk management consulting, workers’ compensation auditing services, and much more. Under the co-employment platform, AdvanStaff PEO clients share with Advanstaff HR some the risks associated with being an employer. AdvanStaff HR assists and offers consultation regarding many aspects of businesses regulatory compliance and reporting issues.

A completely customized solution tailored to the clients needs. Subscribing ASO clients may not be eligible, may not have access to, or may choose not to participate in ASI’s core benefit programs; but they still receive a similar service platform as listed in the PEO service description. Unlike the PEO platform, ASO clients do not enter into a co-employment agreement. ASI handles the benefit plan administration, HR consulting services, and offers complete payroll services reported under the company’s FEIN.
